Q: When using this blackhead vacuum, we found that its suction cannot suck out blackheads or acne?
A: Before using it, open the pores with a warm towel, cleansing mask or steam facial instrument, then use the blackhead instrument to clean the pores. If the suction is weak, you can set it to strong.

Q: How many times can I use it in a week to get the desired effect?
